MUST HAVES :

• California resident.
• 9 / 10 out of 10 in communication.
• 3 or more years as a Technical Supervisor that has either done SYSTEMS or NETWORKING (prefer candidates with a little bit of both in their career).
• 5 years’ experience in IT administration and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of basic systems like Active Directory, Windows servers, and networking basics.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools and software.
• Familiarity with IT procurement and budgeting processes is a plus.
• Preferred certified in Microsoft technologies like Azure Cloud and TEAMS

As the Technical Supervisor for our IT Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for the daily operations of the team.

You will be responsible for interacting with vendors, managing renewals, addressing service request / incident tickets, participating in RFP (Request for Proposal) demos, and performing other day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure.

This role is to assist and take some of the Infrastructure Operations Manager workload to free him up for project related work.

This role is not to manage his team.

Teams consist of 3 Systems Admin.'s and 3 Network Engineers. Tenured team, 1 guy 17 years and another 12 years.

Heat" is their ticketing system. This person will analyze incoming tickets, assign them to the appropriate engineer. You need to know the teams workload to assign tickets accordingly.

Deal with end-users on some ticket requests for clarity to make sure it's assigned to the right engineer.
